First Extensibility Delivery for Origo Standards

Criterion is pleased to announce that the first changes to introduce Extensibility to Origo Standards have been implemented in Provisional Standards for Contract Enquiry Endowments and Contract Enquiry Whole of Life.

The Process & Standards Group decided in a recent strategic review of the architecture of Origo Standards that all Standards should benefit from Extensibility - that is, the ability to be extended by Trading Partners in a consistent, coherent manner.  Criterion worked with the Origo Technical Group to agree an appropriate technical solution to meet this need; and the first Origo Standards to see it implemented are Contract Enquiry for Endowments and Contract Enquiry for Whole of Life, both published this week as Provisional Standards at Version 2.2.

Criterion invites the Origo Standards Community to review the Extensibility functionality implemented in these Provisional Standards, and to get in touch with us if you have any comments on the approach we have taken.  In the meantime, Criterion will continue its roll-out of Extensibility to other Origo Standards under the Publication and Change Management Policy.
